Why a Professional Fee?

While some travel suppliers do pay commissions, many (especially airlines) offer little to no compensation for the hours of work I put into planning your trip. My professional fee ensures I can continue providing the high level of personalized service and support you deserve.

Communication Guidelines

Email is my preferred method of communication, as it allows me to provide detailed and accurate responses to your inquiries. I aim to respond to all emails within 24 hours. If you need urgent assistance, please indicate this in your email, and I will prioritize your request. 

While you are actively on your trip, I am available via. email, text, or phone for urgent matters.

Payment Terms

• Payment Method: All payments must be made by a credit card.
• Payment Timing: Payments must be made in full before services are rendered, except for hourly-based services.
• Hourly-Based Services: Payment for hourly-based services must be made within 24 hours of the service completion and before any final delivery.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

• Refund Policy: All professional fees are non-refundable, as they compensate for the value of my time and expertise provided.
• Cancellation Policy:
  • If you cancel your booking, a CAD $200 + HST (if applicable) cancellation fee will apply in addition to any supplier-imposed cancellation fees.
  • The cancellation fee is non-refundable.

Limitations of Liabilities

While I strive to provide the best possible service and ensure your travel journey and experience goes smoothly, I am not responsible for any issue or disruption caused by third-party suppliers, such as airlines, hotels, or tour operators.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Changes to flight schedules, delays, or cancellations.
• Hotel or accommodation issues
• Changes to attractions, park hours, or availability
• Weather-related disruptions or natural disasters.

I will do my best to assist in resolving any issues that arise and to get your travel journey on track. However, I cannot be held liable for circumstances beyond my control.
